Are you seeking depth in your relationships, and a greater sense of peace and groundedness about yourself?
Please join us for an intentional guided sauna experience designed to support self-awareness, integrity, and respect in how we show up and relate to one another. We do not tolerate macho posturing, misogyny, homophobia, sexism, or any other form of bigotry.
You may come early to enjoy the sauna and cold plunge before 8:15pm. At 8:15pm, we’ll go over ground rules and then enter the sauna to share what it’s like to be ourselves in an open-minded, judgment-free setting.
At 8:15pm, the door to SaunaGlo will be locked so you’ll need to arrive before then. We are encouraging a container within which people are heard and feel able to express as openly as they wish. The container is set and considered held by all those who are present from the beginning.
A space of introspection as witnessed by other men will be structured for all to have (roughly) equal time and will be facilitated by Matthew Sloane, who has a depth of experience in facilitating men’s circles.
PS: While we are interested in hosting other events that will make space for people on the gender spectrum, this event is specifically intended for anyone who identifies as a “fella.”
